The evaluation fee paid for a completed account is fully refundable once you receive your fourth payout (excluding Instant Starter accounts).
If you hard-breach your account before reaching your fourth payout, the evaluation fee is not refundable.
This policy applies to accounts purchased from January 21st, 2026 onward.
