Blue Guardian is committed to processing eligible payout requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. For accounts covered by our 24-Hour Payout Guarantee, eligible payouts are processed within 24 business hours.
If an eligible payout exceeds this timeframe, the trader will receive an additional 10% profit share on that payout as part of the payout guarantee.
Exceptions
The 24-hour timeframe may be paused or excluded in circumstances where additional processing or action is required. The guarantee does not apply to delays involving:
Weekends or applicable bank holidays
Compliance checks, risk reviews, or additional account investigations
Rise onboarding or processing delays
Pending documentation, verification, or information from the trader
Any required action from the trader that has not yet been completed
The 24-business-hour time frame begins once the payout request is eligible for processing and all required information, documentation and trader actions have been completed.
If a payout is subject to additional compliance or risk review, the guarantee will not apply for the duration of that review.
