Trading being disabled on your account is typically due to incomplete verification or an unsigned Funded Trader Agreement (Contract). This issue can occur for all account types, including instant starter and funded accounts. Below, we outline the steps to enable trading successfully.
Steps to Enable Trading
1. Sign the Funded Trader Agreement
You must sign the Funded Trader Agreement to activate trading. Follow these steps:
Log in to your account dashboard.
Navigate to the CONTRACTS section.
Review and sign the Funded Trader Agreement (Contract). After signing the contract, your account should be enabled for trading.
2. Complete KYC Verification
If the contract is inaccessible, your KYC verification might be incomplete. Here’s how to proceed:
Go to the Verification tab in your dashboard.
Complete all required steps for identity verification.
Once verification is complete, return to the CONTRACTS tab to sign the agreement.
Confirm the contract was signed successfully in the CONTRACTS section.
Ensure identity verification is fully completed.
If using a mobile device, adjust display settings (e.g., switch from landscape to portrait mode) to ensure all dashboard options are visible.
Note: KYC verification is mandatory for both instant and funded accounts.
3. Contact Support
If trading remains disabled after completing these steps, contact support through the methods provided on your account dashboard.
